Founded in Detroit, Michigan in 1967, SSE began as the ambition of William Defibaugh Sr., PE. In the early years the company worked on large industrial plants for Ford Motor Co., General Motors, and Chrysler. In 1985, Bill Sr. and his son Bill Jr. opened SSE in Bedford, Pennsylvania. Since then the company has continued to provide professional services to local, national, and international clients.SSE offers the experience and expertise of a large corporation with the personal service of a small business. From the job's inception, through permits, construction, and final inspection, SSE will be there to help you make your project a reality.
